Phase 3: Develop a Strategic Marketing and Business Development Plan
The Anchor team wants the client to own the plan. As such, we spend time to go through the Discovery report and encourage the client to identify the critical areas for focus and the appropriate execution timelines. We typically build plans with a three-to-five-year outlook and will capture the organization’s ethos and mission, and connect the market need for products or services. The plans also provide the client with execution pathways to achieve their goals.
The plan will define the revenue possibilities, identifies the required operation and marketing infrastructure, layout the financial plan and milestones, and identify all critical strategic partnerships and alliances that will be necessary to advance the Plan.
